A local family owned business begun nearly forty years ago by Patricia Kyle and Jim Lawrence. In 1981, the young couple embarked on the successful realization of a dream to help color the area’s growing communities in the lush greenery found in the beautiful bounty of flora and fauna that thrive in South Florida. Today, satisfied customers regular drive to Galloway Nursery from as far south as the Keys, and as far north as Palm Beach, along with seasonal visitors from all over to marvel at the myriad butterflies dancing around the flowers, or to rest under the shade of the tiki hut near the Koi pond’s whispering fountains…while creating grand designs for their own garden oasis.

Come stroll along the two and a half acres to discover a wide variety of orchids, bromeliads, butterfly garden plants—like wild coffee, beauty berry, golden shrimp, and firebush—as well as all kinds of flowering and fruit trees, vines, bushes, ground cover, succulents, herbs and vegetable plants, even great Oak trees and roses grafted for Zone 10, amid the Florida Natives.

Shade and interior plants like philodendrom, dieffenbachia, ficus lyrata, dracenas, and decorative fountains, pottery, natural rocks and stones, and all the accoutrements to preserve and enhance your nature paradise can be found here. Our friends visit to not only select from the happy and healthy plants ready to grow and bloom in their new forever homes; but also to ask our in-house experts about specialized garden care needed for their home garden, or to plan a landscaping project, perhaps complete with fountain, rock garden, or a water lily and papyrus pond, with the Galloway Landscaping professional team.
